The G2F™ line of oil by-pass filtration systems are proven to dramatically prolong oil with operational safety. Being a ‘by-pass’ filter system, G2F™ can be installed on practically any oil reservoir without modifying or interfering with the operation of the existing filtration system or equipment. Common applications include diesel engines, transmissions, gearboxes, turbines, lube oil & hydraulic systems. G2F™ has the ability to remove ultra-fine contamination down to 1 micron & water at 99.97%, contaminants normally missed by the existing ‘full-flow’ filter systems found on equipment. Removing contamination as it enters lubricating oil, keeps the oil healthier, minimizing mechanical wear, dramatically extending the life of the oil and the equipment it is lubricating.

Being proactive and identifying problems before they get out of hand will dramatically reduce your operating costs while reducing downtime. Performing regular oil sample analysis monitors the health of the oil and the equipment it lubricates, establishing patterns of mechanical wear, helping one to identify potential problems before they become costly repair ventures. We represent a number of 3rd party independent certified oil analysis laboratories, with the ability to test a wide range of fluids including diesel engine, hydraulic, transmission, and gear oils, as well as diesel fuel. We educate our customers as to what information to gather with their sample, and more importantly we show them the proper method of obtaining oil for analysis. With sample ports incorporated into the design, G2F allows one to obtain an oil sample from the heart of the equipment without contaminating the sample.

We Put Over 48,000 Hours On Our Engine

It Was A No Brainer

“We initially installed the filter system in 2003 when we built our first vessel, the Shandy Pauline II. We ran consistently 1,500-2,000 hours between oil changes on our main engine Cat 3412E, and oil samples showed our soot levels were less than 1%, and the oil was still good for further use. We put over 38,000 hours on the engine without an overhaul or any mechanical failures. The filter system also removed water from our hydraulic system.
